The capitalist system presents human beings as individuals and postulates that we must compete with one another in order to survive. It holds that we cannot all be happy and that only the fittest should prosper. This film takes a science-based approach to demonstrating how we are all in fact one body and not separate and that the survival of the human race will hinge on changing the manner in which our society is presently structured. The key to making the world a better place (at least according to this film) is about replacing the pursuit of private property with the sharing of resources for the common good. The hoarding of private property beyond the physical needs of any given individual is unsustainable. This seems to fall in line with the traditional Judeo-Christian values, but the film demonstrates that it is not only religion but science itself that demands that we urgently change perspectives. Powerful!
