On a reviewing of LABYRINTH OF LIES with interviews with director and main protagonist, this mostly true story ( the main protagonist is a composite of three attorneys) struck me deeply as a country tries to shirk its responsibility for the horrors of WW II, particularly at Auchwitz (sp) This is NOT a HOLOCAUST feature, but one that deals with atrocities committed. It's essential viewing as we see a post WW II generation becoming aware of these atrocities and banking their careers on bringing justice for the millions murdered. It will astound how others, young and old are unable to face the reality of what they have done or what their families have done. The entire episode of the war will always remain a nightmare!
