It's like a cheap knock off of a real Mission Impossible. MI-I is the classic, MI-II was good, MI-IV was very good and MI-V is the worst, should've stuck with Brad Bird. It's like a music band gets together for one last gig after 30 years and none can play as good as they used to and the dissonance kills ear drums. And they repeat the same old tricks and nobody finds them surprising anymore. MI-IV had an interesting plot, good dynamics, new interesting stunts and unexpected twists. MI-V is an epic fail, I blame the director - directing was the worst thing in this movie, then comes the plot with AWFUL dialogues as they were written by a 14 year old, and then the same old tricks - OMG I knew what was going to happen like 3 to 4 steps ahead. You pay so much money for a screenplay and can't get something original? I'm very disappointed. Thank God there is MI-IV that I watched several times and will watch once again to sweeten the bitter disappointment.
