It has not been a very long wait for Noah Baumbach's latest movie because the last one (While We're Young) was released last April. This one features another fine performance by Greta Gerwig as an uber-energetic damsel whose approach to life is to meet it head-on as did Auntie Mame except Gerwig's Brooke is less grounded. Brooke is appealing in her often misdirected and unfocused enthusiasm for a myriad of projects ("I'd like to get into the App business") Tracy, an aspiring writer, is fascinated with Brooke and writes about her in veiled but revealing fashion much to the chagrin of her new "sister". Much comedy ensues throughout in this modest effort by the director of The Squid and the Whale (2005)
