This movie was a joke. Sure there were some creepy scenes, but they were so poorly filmed. I kept laughing throughout the film... there must have been a poltergeist nobody knew about because some props kept moving around in the kitchen if you pay attention... for example some paper napkins kept moving in different positions on the counter from one second to the next during the same scene... and the dog dish would show one dish, then two, then none! Some envelopes on the counter magically appeared while the characters were standing around. It just didn't help to make the film plausable even in my imagination. Film makers need to pay attention to details or they will lose their audience.

I'm just wondering but why did you go and see this film if you hated the first one?

Click here to show this comment. You are severely ignorant. People can go looking for this mistakes and they will see you are wrong. Paranormal Activity 2 was a compilation of films from different cameras. It was supposed to have been shot over many days. Many of the scenes your talking about were scenes where they turned the camera on and off or fastforwarded it to something interesting. They weren't going to put every second of every day in a month on screen. I know for a fact as this was the case with the envelopes. The father had just come home and the counter was clear and then the next second he's across kitchen and there are envelopes on the counter. How did he travel 15 ft in 0 seconds? Well if you had seen the time in the right hand corner of the screen some time had elapsed but was edited so we would not have to go through the minutia of the father doing routine things.
Good eyes.
