    Project Almanac

I almost didn't go to this movie based on the very low preliminary reviews posted here. I went and found it not that bad, so have come to put up my own post. So, who knows, maybe I was prepared for the worst thus influencing my reaction. Sure, it was slightly predictable as a typical butterfly (ripple) effect style time travel. I was into the story the whole first half, picking up clues and engaged (verses reports of nothing happening first half hour - huh? ) Then was able to predict what would happen 2 scenes later all through the second half. Even the ending. Oddly though, they give the love story an exemption over the butterfly effect. LOL. It's not Edge of Tomorrow, action and graphics. But Very well done.
