The 3d was not necessary. A Bond film written by committee or so it seemed. Nobody was even remotely interesting and the plot was a mixed bag of previous Bond films. It felt too safe and like it was just to make money and not a 'movie'.

The 3D was not necessary; really!? I think you may have been the only person wearing the 3D glasses, as this movie is not offered in 3D... !

Um, come to think of it, was it in 3d? They gave me the glasses but maybe it was a mistake. That's funny. My bad. Why can James be beaten down by the big guy and recover without any damage. James Bond is no Batman and Batman has scars. Thanks for the heads up and the defence.
