Wes Anderson's tribute to classic cinema and Stefan Zweig is a real delight. Possibly his best flick in purely cinematic terms and definitely his most edgy. I had a smile on my face the whole way through and on more than one occasion found myself terrified for the character's lives. And what else can be said about Ralph Fiennes? He's just bloody wonderful in his role, like a dainty from another era of film altogether. Loved it. Though if you aren't all ready a fan of his, I can't say this film will win you over to Mr. Anderson's style.
