I'll start by saying that if you can see it in regular format instead of 3D, save your money for popcorn, it's not worth the extra bucks. For this one, I didn't read the reviews, which I usually do before I decide what to see. I went for the actors, all of which I love. So I settled in with my snacks and a certain level of excitement and waited, and waited and waited for the good parts to start. Didn't really happen sorry to say. A couple of little fizzes here and there that's all. I found it was somewhat scattered all over the place and rushed in many places, notably the ending which I found to be weak and disappointing after almost two hours of build-up. Mind you I've seen worse so I decided to give it a decent rating but I would suggest that you wait till it comes out in the budget theatres if you want to see it. So there it is, my take on the Seventh Son. See you at the movies!
