    The Devil-Doll

This extreme horror film is hardly the type one would make back in 1936, but here it is from brilliant director TOD BROWNING! This type of film usually was filmed at Universal but incredibly it came from MGM starring venerable, Oscar Winner Lionel Barrymore who is taking vengeance on associates who helped send him to jail. His horrific scheme has to be seen to be believed. It will blow your mind. WHAT A NOVELTY IN PLOT unlike today's stupid, horror films! THIS IS ONE OLDIE I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! The film also stars Maureen O'Sullivan mother of Mia Farrow and known during the thirties as JANE to Johnnie Weismueller's TARZAN!
