Maybe my expectations were to high, but this movie was not near as intelligent and exciting as the original. It lacked the wonderful acting performances, the overall intensity and vibe of the times, and the great speeches. I was bored to tears watching this movie and it wasn’t because I didn’t understand it. Shia and Brolin did the best they could with the script they were given. I would definitely wait for this one to come out on dvd and save a few bucks.
