Le film est correct, mais je trouve qu'il fait plutôt dans les semi-pro. Certains effets sont bien mais d'autres cul, les maquillages sont pas très réussis et les acteurs sont vraiment très moyens. Un divertissement correct sans plus!

Très bon film, étonnamment bon même. Beaucoup d'action, très belles scènes de combat assez théâtrales avec du ketchup en masse. Très bon concept de film, bien exploité.
Pourquoi Abraham Lincoln, ça aurait tout simplement pu s'appeler chasseur de vampire. Eh bien, c'est pour attirer les fervants amateurs de politique et d'histoire. Si vous le regardez que pour ça, il vaut mieux éviter de le faire car vous n'allez pas aimer. Moi, je n'aime ni la politique, ni l'histoire mais par contre j'adore les films de vampires. C'est pour cette raison que je me suis surprise à aimer ce film.
J'ai été surpris par ce film. Divertissant. Côté politique présent. Histoire bien construite. Léger, mais bon.
Ce film, tiré par les cheveux, donne une autre version de l'histoire des États-Unis. L'idée est bonne, par contre je ne suis pas convaincue du tout par le fait que ce soit Abraham Lincoln le tueur de vampires... L'histoire est apportée trop rapidement, et il manque de finesse. Par contre, les scènes et images sont bien réalisées.

Si vous prenez cette réinterprétation de l'histoire et de ce grandiose personnage avec un grain de sel, vous allez fortement apprécier. Contrairement à certains j'ai trouvé que les vampires été bien présenté par le film et j'ai lu beaucoup de livres d'Anne Rice alors j'ai de quoi comparer. Divertissant. Pour une fois le héros de couleur noir n'est pas traité seulement comme un caméo qui se fait buter, mais bien comme un homme égale au héros blanc (clin d'oeil à la scène du train)

J'ai trouvé ce film très raciste mais il était bon quand même. J'aime les films fantastique mais je je n'ai pas aimé que les vampire réussissent à survivre au soleil. Ça détruit les autres histoires de vampire mais à part ça j'ai aimé.
Vraiment très ordinaire comme film... Les images sont belles, l'idée en soit est bonne, la trame historique à l'arrière-fond est très bien utilisée et fascinante lorsqu'on connaît les événements... MAIS, les vampires sont vraiment très mal faits, il y a beaucoup de longueurs et l'histoire centrale du film est ordinaire. Bref, à voir à la télévision, si vous n'avez rien de mieux à faire...
Pour ceux et celles qui parlent de scènes d'action époustouflante... Seulement 2 scènes valaient la peine, celles avec les chevaux, carrément super et la finale avec le pont en feu qui nous montre des images spectaculaires. Mais tout le reste du film est une nullité, on n'y croit pas 2 minutes avec une histoire intéressante mais un déroulement tellement ridicule que même "le bal des vampires" nous fait croire à une réalité vampiresque plutôt qu'à une comédie. Le 3D est très bien fait mais les scènes d'action (sauf les 2 nommées çi haut) sont tellement clichées et ternes qu'il faut avoir vu très peu de films d'action pour vraiment les apprécier et cela sans compter les nombreuses facilités du film qui fait qu'on en sort en se demandant si Holliwoodland ne s'est pas encore une fois moqué de nous. (et la réponse est oui avec un grand O) De très belles images par contre est un des rares points positifs du film. Ne gaspillez pas vos sous sur ce film...

Un film absolument fascinant et excitant jusqu'à la fin. Je ne suis pas habituellement un amateur de film d'horreur et de vampires mais celui-ci fait exception. Sur une base historique de la création des USA, l'auteur du scénario bâtit une histoire plausible si on croit à la réalité des vampires et l'ensemble se tient tout à fait logiquement. Si on croit que c'est une sorte de métaphore (une sorte de 2è degré de la réalité), cela fonctionne tout aussi bien. Le 3D est très bien rendu pour une fois. Et c'est une leçon d'histoire américaine. Vraiment intéressant à tous les points de vue.
Si vous aimez les effets spéciaux, ce film en est bourré! Les scènes d'action sont excellentes, par contre l'histoire n'est pas très accrochant et même parfois longue.
Histoire tirée par les cheveux... pas très réaliste. Mais l'action et les effets spéciaux nous font oublier l'histoire un peu pauvre en contenu.
Très sympa, ambiance de bd, pas horreur, moi qui suis sensible aux images trop violentes/sanglantes. Bon divertissement, avec action, et scénario bien ficelé, pas compliqué; l'histoire du président qui chasse les vampires tient tout à fait debout!
Wow, un film que je m'entendais pas à avoir aimé... Je me donne l'obligation de donner un 9/10, parce que dans le trois-quart du film c'est plus de l'histoire que de l'action... Et pour ceux qu'ils veulent le voir, c'est un style de Blade, mais remplacez Blade par Abraham Lincoln... Plus, le film aurait dû être coté 16+, parce que c'est ultra sanglant pour un jeune de 13-14...

Je suis très déçue du film! Il y a beaucoup trop de longueurs et pas assez de chasse au vampires! Je donne un 5/10 pour les effets spéciaux et à l'action qu'il y avait dans l'film c'est tout.

Les scènes de combat sont très bonnes, pour l'histoire c'est ordinaire, pas un si mauvais film, mais pas un chef d'oeuvre non plus.

Je ne sais pas c'est qui qui a pensé à produire ce film... Le résultat est assez surprenant et vaut la peine d'être regardé. Bons effets 3D en général.
En voyant le preview je me disais bin come on man! Ils manquaient d'idée pour faire un film... En faite en allant le voir comme 2ieme film de ciné-parc je me suis rendue compte que j'avais partiellement raison. Mais c'est bien fait l'intrigue est fort respectable aussi tout comme l'ensemble du film. Moins cul-cul que le laisse presager le preview...
Je m'attendais à une comédie d'horreur, donc à ce qu'il y ait de l'humour et non pas à un film aussi sombre. Aussi la double vie de Lincoln crée deux trames qui ne sont pas toujours habilement tricotées, mais visuellement c'était intéressant.
Intéressant bon film, bien fait. Histoire surréaliste, on passe une belle soirée.
Très bon film de vampire. En plus, il nous explique un peu d'histoire à travers le film. Un vrai film qui fait peur avec des bouts qui nous font le saut même si tu le sais que ça va arriver.
Avec un titre comme ça!! À quand la sortie de: "Steven Harper pêcheur de Zombies"... et bien sûr l'incontournable: "Jean Charest contre les fourmis géantes" On ne peut plus attendre!

Ouin!!! Pas pire, les costumes d'époque. Il ressemble vraiment à Lincoln, mais trop c'est comme pas assez. Les cascades n'ont pas d'allure lol.
Mauvaise réalisation, et pire jeux des acteurs. Très bon film série B par contre. Film parfait pour la nouvelle génération sur-stimulée qui carbure au lithium et ritalin. On nous lance des effets spéciaux les autres après les autres en espérant nous divertir. S'il y avait un angle humoristique ça aiderait le film un peu.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce film et je le recommande fortement car c'est un bon divertissement, les scènes d'action sont réussies (quant à moi) et le 3d en vaut la peine. C'est en effet une des rares fois où je ne suis pas déçu d'avoir accepté le 3d. Il va de soit qu'il ne faut pas aller voir ce film en s'attendant à voir un autre film de vampire que l'on a déjà vu... quand on a des attentes, on fini souvent par être déçu...
Bon c'est certain qu'un personnage historique mixé avec une histoire de vampire c'est un peu spécial, mais somme toute le film est très divertissant, très complet, j'ai beaucoup aimé, c'est un peu spécial, mais ça vaut la peine. Les vampires sont très cool.
Bofff! J'oserais dire "Invraisemblable" Très déçu... Je m'attendais à autre chose.

On ne s'accroche pas au film. Beaucoup d'effets spéciaux. Par contre manque de qualité visuelle. Ne pas se fier à une note parfaite.
Très divertissant. À voir en 3D, définitivement.
C'est un film divertissant. On a trouvé une manière nouvelle de nous présenter une vieille recette. Il est certain que les histoires de vampires sont usées à la corde, mais avec A. Lincoln, on peut en laisser passer une de plus. Ce n'est pas un film pour les Oscars, mais il m'a tout de même plu, sans plus toutefois...
Définitivement le pire film que j'ai vu à vie. Je suis une maniaque de film d'horreur et surtout de film historique. Mais celui-ci était beaucoup trop prévisible, en plus d'être une honte à la mémoire de A. Lincoln. Les effets spéciaux laissaient à désirer et les scènes de batailles étaient ridicules. Bref, lui donner un 1 est même déjà trop. Ne gaspillez pas votre argent pour ce film. Même en DVD.

Trop difficile de s'accrocher à ce film pour qu'il soit intéressant malgré les scènes d'action réussies. J'ai tout de même bien aimé les vampires, Rufus Sewel en particulier s'acquitte bien de son rôle à ce niveau. Le problème c'est qu'on tente de créer une histoire fantastique à partir d'un personnage ayant vraiment vécu, en essayant de ne pas trop dévier des vrais actes de cette personne. Le résultat n'est pas mal monté, mais manque de punch, comme je lisais quelque part sur le web, c'est comme si on tentait de faire une histoire sur Franklin D. Roosevelt en le mettant dans les chaussures d'Indiana Jones... on pourrait difficilement s'y intéresser. Ajoutez là-dessus un 3D innaproprié (seule les scènes avec les chevaux et le train semble avoir été utilisées par le réalisateur) Bref, un film à louer sans plus.
Bon film d'histoire américaine... J'ai appris quelques notions historiques comme les vampires existaient déjà au 19 iéme siècle et que la guerre de Sécession c'est gagné avec une fourchette en argent... C'est beau le cinéma hihi!!!

C'est très instructif: J'ignorais qu'Abraham Lincoln chassait les vampires dans ses temps libres. On en apprend tous les jours. Et qu'il avait un pote noir aussi.
Un Excellent film. Incroyable. Il y a eu tellement de films de vampires de toutes sorte, que le sujet m’apparaissait obsolète. Abraham Lincoln? Pas très d'actualité ou plutôt j'en ai vraiment rien à foutre. Je lis les critiques du film sur ce site et à ma grande surprise la majorité des gens l'ont aimé. Que cache ce film? Ce fut suffisant pour piquer ma curiosité et aller le voir. Je ne l'ai jamais regretté.
