Hiding in the Nevada desert, Alice (Milla Jovovich) joins forces with other survivors to eliminate the deadly virus that threatens to make every human being undead. After her being captured by the Umbrella Corporation and then subjected to bio-genetic experimentation, Alice becomes genetically altered, and she will use her super-human strengths, senses and dexterity to remain alive.
