The legendary story of the homicidal Sawyer family continues, picking up where it last ended in Newt, Texas, where people have been disappearing without a trace for decades. The Sawyers have been long-suspected by the townspeople and their suspicions were confirmed one hot summer day when a young woman escaped their house following the brutal murders of four of her friends. This resulted in a vigilante mob of surrounding the Sawyer house, burning it to the ground and killing everyone the family - or so they thought. Decades later, a young woman named Heather learns that she has inherited an estate from a grandmother she did not know she had and finds herself the owner of an isolated Victorian mansion. But she also discovers a horror awaiting her in the cellar.
