Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy

Knights of Columbus, this is one funny movie! There are more silly jokes per liter in this picture than in most comedies seen today! What I liked most about this picture is how earnest Will Ferrell delivers his performance, Ferrell never falls out of character as you might expect in such a light movie and the result is that the jokes and gags are that much funnier. The rest of the cast is equally good especially Christina Applegate who looks so good and reminded me of a local TV newsreader, so her inclusion was great casting. The story is quite thin, so don’t expect much here but instead just sit back and laugh at the idiocy.
