Horror movies are especially well-suited for 3D. The last one I saw was Friday 13th- 3D in the early 1980s, but the technology is about 100X better now... I was amazed! Final Destination 3D also has not too bad surround-sound; most films at my cinema have no Sur-Sound effect whatsover. I have enjoyed the Final Destination films because of the unusual methods with which the victims are dispatched- not just by stabbing (Jason, Michael Myers, etc.) I guess the moral of this FD franchise is: if you want to live to be old and die in your sleep of natural causes, then stay away from liquids and electricity!
