A definite 9/10, an excellent movie, a must see. This is a very necessary, humanitarian look at the atrocities of genocide. Roy Dupuis embodies LGen Romeo Dallaire's impossible struggle with both a desperate situation out of control and his inner demons. A real life hero, who will be forever haunted by the failure of humanity. Roger Spottiswoode has brilliantly brought Dallaire's autobiography to the big screen. I had read the book, and I had seen 3 movies showing different takes on the story (Dallaire's own documentary with the same title, the dark Hotel Rwanda, and the touching Un Dimanche a Kigali) And this 4th movie is the best. It is a must see, as Dallaire is a hero who has paid the ultimate price: his sanity and peace of mind. Bravo Roger. Bravo Roy. And Bravo to Dallaire himself, for his courage to not only tell this story, but for keeping up his work to avoid any reoccurences.
