An absolute gem. Based on a true story, with actual footage of the moon walk. The Aussie understated humor is the bomb but maybe not for all because you have to pay attention. There are no guns and ammo scenes or exploding rockets (well, only briefly in the intro reel) The american anthem scene had me in stitches, because I certainly did not see that coming. As well, Keith is hilariously and hopelessly clueless. The dynamic at the Dish between the main characters is fabulous. Add to that a touching coming of age love story between Glenn and Janine which is precious. The film mixes an amazing soundtrack to get us back to 1969 with the costumes, hairstyles and general naivete to go along with it. A must see for all ages if only for its historical retelling of that fateful day in July 1969, when men walked and sauntered on the moon.
