    J. Edgar

Not only was the investigative part of the story fascinating, and gripping, the personal story of J. Edgar Hoover as well gave this film more depth in emotion, and ultimately delivered a biographically emotional, yet historically thrilling story. With all the talk of this being the disappointment of the "oscar films" this year, I found J. Edgar to be one of Eastwood's most gripping films, and with Leo easily having the best performance of his career.
