21 and Over

It says a lot about the state of cinema that a movie like this even gets made. I won't even go into the plot because quite frankly there isn't one. Unless you consider bar hopping, co-ed ass paddling and glueing stuffed animals to genitalia plot development. This film just basically runs around for an hour and a half in no discernable direction, employing the most tired and offensive of gags in the hopes of cashing in on the appeal of the Hangover/Project X's of the world. But at least those films had several laugh out loud moments. 21 and Over is a total bust, with only a game of beer pong against Serbians and a disgruntled sorority of pissed off Latinas providing anything resembling amusement. The rest is nothing more than profanity laced, juvenile idiocy.
