Not as good as the last one. Not even close. If you are just looking for something in this genre, go to the new x-men instead. I found x-men better, but people seem tired of it. Especial the first half of Civil War seems to have no cutting edge. The writing didn't cut the mustard. The wit and one liners were all saved for the second half. And even the screen text fonts used for narrative on places and chronological information was boring. I felt extra insulted by Scarlett's body double. Just seemed particularly bad, like they threw on a wig, and started punching and kicking without worrying about how it looked. Those scenes look straight out of low budget films.
