    Hacksaw Ridge

I'm a fan of War and Historical accurate movies. I read now, this is why they waited until now to make the movie. They waited until Doss died, because he too wanted the movie to be accurate. I found it long and a lot of the beginning love story had little to do with it. It's Hollywood formula. So after basic training, they jump over a year of service and battles Doss and the 77th fought through. You get to Okinawa a year later, he's already decorated and I doubt anyone had hard feeling towards him by then. Actually any medic they'd all be happy to see them. So then you go through a couple of the initial days of the 3 month battle of Okinawa, and then all of a they are wrapping up the whole battle? Huh, you didn't do the whole battle justice.
