Hancock isn't a hero, nor is he a superhero. A hero from my mind Indiana Jones, Luke Skywalker, or John Maclean. A superhero is Spiderman, Superman, Batman etc, characters that have something about them that makes them special. Hancock isn't a hero, nor is he a superhero. It's better off Hancock is that badass on the streets that we all hate. If that's the case, it gives Hancock an identity of a superhero as the special thing about him which is that everyone hates him for what he is and does. It's better off like that. Hancock isn't a homo in spandex, he's that superhero that everyone hates. Now that's more kickass.
