I had to convince my friends to see this film, I knew right from the previews months before that this wasn't going to be what all the teeny bopperette chicks and Titanic brats would expect. It's a dark film, led by an actor who has earned his mérit through dark films like What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Basketball Diaries, Romeo & Juliet... This film was stunning and the moral views of this commercial miasma ridden world and its robo tourists seeking enlightenment among the McDonald's and Best Western Inn's of the world.. This movie is for those who aren't content with the general public's opinion. This movie is for those mature enough to think for themselves.
