Not bad, the typical revolutionary and inspiring storyline. The pros: the fight for freedom that African-American people had/have to endure never ceases to amaze me, and I honestly bow down to them for their bravery. These brave people do not get recognized enough for what they have done for our current society. The movie was truly inspiring in that sense, and the acting was strong. The cons: this film dragged tremendously. I understand why the director wanted the timeline to be the way it is, but it just made the film slightly tedious. As well, I found several parts to be unrealistic, and cheesy, and thus less believable. I won't say which ones so that I do not spoil the plot. In the end, I would say this movie was good, but there are probably better civil rights movies out there.
