This is the best movie experience I had in years. The movie was better than I expected. The story , the actors and the action was just superb. But what will stuck with me is how Ledger portrait the Joker. I have no doubt his performance will be mention in the same sentence as Daniel Day Lewis & Marlon Brando.

Ledger did a very good job as The Joker and his performance was by a mile the best in the film. But to compare him to DD Lewis and Brando is unwarranted and unrealistic. Yes, he passed and the film industry lost a good actor, but this is Batman after all.
Leering psychotic villains are easy to play. Playing an ordinary Joe like Commissioner Gordon and making that interesting, that is where talent is. Ledger was good in the way that a young guy showing off how fast and loud he can play his guitar is good.
