I can't give a higher rating because I've seen the original movie Ha-Hov and that one deserved a 10. I hate what they did to the original story line, romanticizing it for the taste of the North American audiences. The Israeli movie has more depth, the dynamics between the 3 main character and the surgeon of Birkenau is gripping. Why do foreign-language movies have to be remade "à l'Américaine" (i. e. butchered) in order to achieve some international recognition? Yeah, it's a rhetorical question.
