Even my mother wants to see this picture because she says that Meryl Streep has never done a bad movie. I have to agree with her because I found this film truly exceptional. The story of course takes an inside look at the fashion industry, and gives a realistic view of what it's all about, describing the relationship between the influential boss and well-bred assistant, and shows how high the steaks can really be to make it in the business. If you like lighthearted comedies with surprising scenarios and riveting dialogue, then you'll enjoy "The Devil Wears Prada." Meryl Streep is simply a marvel in this movie, with her clever wit and undying charm. I thought she played Miranda so convincingly. As for Anne Hathaway, hats go off to her as well. She's a good little actress who has both talent and charisma. Some people might label this a chick flick, but I think the guys will love it too..
