Surprisingly funny despite the very serious subject matter. Also very educational, never knew the lengths that the nazi regime went to to eradicate culture. The sheer amplitude of the stolen art is astounding. That such hatred for talent and genius could have existed is beyond my comprehension. Nevertheless, a worthwhile movie if only for the educational value if it. Cate Blanchett is extraordinary as always but I've come to expect no less. Matt Damon draws a crowd more for his horrible french (which he picked up in Montreal lol) but is nevertheless great as a good man looking to restore justice to art unrightfully taken from its owners.
