OMG I loved this movie. This was a heck of a lot better than the first one because there was constant action in it! :D

As a fan of Mad Max I still enjoyed this one but Max seemed to be a second character in this movie but Furiosa is such a bad ass character which is amazing, I'm kinda glad that it was just a crazy movie. The 3d was okay but next time I would like to see it without 3D, But I'd still see it again thou.. ^_^!

This was a good movie but with dark undertones not as funny as the first more like every hero was just plain tired of fighting villains. Could have been better like I go to the movies to enjoy the movie maybe laugh not be depressed.

If you've bought into the Marvel franchise (like I did), there's no amount of reviews good or bad will persuade you either way. You'll just go and see it for the spectacle it is. Enjoy!

Any movie that features the music of John Lennon would be a go see for me. The selection of Lennon tracks that supported this movie didn't disappoint. As for the movie itself both Al Pacino and Christopher Plummer proved they are still masters of their profession. The plot itself was entertaining enough if somewhat predictable in parts, the ending in particular. Having said that it worked. A thumbs up from me.

Is hard to see H. Hunt trying to be funny. The only high note in the movie comes from B. Thwaites -Angelo- in his hard relationship with mom. He plays well, but where the complicated relation starts?, why they fight so much? Just 2 questions from many others after 10min watching the movie. Hunt is the writer, director and first character, maybe is so much in her shoulders, the story didn't work very well. I'll give some right point when mom and son have a emotional conversation, every single word in that moment is touching, but feels a long wait for only 3 great minutes. Your decision to see it or skip ;)

I'm always intrigued by the time alteration device. Be it "The Final Countdown", "About Time", "Mr. Destiny" or others. "The Age of Adaline" has a slightly different angle on it, perhaps most like "Somewhere in Time" from the '80's. Blake Lively is an inspired choice. She's a handsome woman, in a classic sense, her carriage more mature than her years. Then there's the voice, sultry, a bit mid century, mysterious. Good job. Michiel Huisman is Ok, the ladies may buy the visuals. I felt an Adaline would have shrugged off too pat, too cute aspect of his bio. Patrick Dempsey maybe, looks a bit more lived in? Ellen Burstyn convincingly saying "mama" in her scenes, was a bit out there too. Ford and Baker are old pro's, but I found them going through the motions a bit. Nice film, well shot, good locations, but similar premise has been done better. Fun escapism, competent, and worth a look, tho'.

A wonderful movie that shows Christian values, love, and compassion. It won't get the attention it deserves because it doesn't have violence, sex, bad language or many of the secular themes that the media tries to push.

Same old story. Made no sense though. There really isn't any connection to the DUFF concept, just the old story line so you know the middle and the end. Like it made no sense, I'm the DUFF so therefore I am going to fix it by getting a boyfriend. Wow, that's right girls, you will only be defined in the world by getting the best possible successful boy. Doesn't matter anything about you. And girls are falling for this plot line? I also found Bianca to be very annoying and over accommodating thus difficult to watch. Ahh yes, but it is rewritten isn't it? It is Duckie from Pretty in Pink and hated him too.

This was a good movie but you could totally tell that there was over an hour cut from the movie for theatrical release. There were some story gaps... maybe relying too much on people watching all the related tv shows, other franchise movies, comics, etc. Still a good flick though.

Great look at the oppression in modern day Iran and the impact on creative types. Well cast and great dance sequences as well as wonderful desert scenery.

This movie is excellent in many respects. It is family friendly but not a corny kids movie. It shows a piece of history with an interesting story. It covers some of the awkward moments of childhood and difficulties while growing up many encounter. I covers bias and prejudice and how people jump to conclusions like "Crash" and "American Beauty" did. A great movie that will stir anyone who sees it!

In the Name of the Father was an incredible biopic. Daniel Day-Lewis was amazing as usual, as an actor. He honestly should've won the award for best leading actor instead of who did win (probably Liam Neeson for Schindler's List, not saying he was bad though)

I think my expectations for this movie were too high. The concept really appealed to me. I thought I would be watching Adeline fall in love again and again through out the decades. So in some ways the movie was a disappointment. The ending certainly was. I could have done without the stupid narrator or at least I could have gone for a better narrator. I was kind of skeptical of the way Adeline related to her daughter. I didn't get the feeling that Adeline was a 107 year old mother. Instead, it felt like she was the daughter or grandaughter. Still, I enjoyed the movie. If the idea appeals to you at all, you will enjoy it.

A very interesting film. On the plus side, the acting was outstanding. Helen Mirren's portrayal of Maria Altman was, I felt, entirely believable; I kept waiting for her accent to slip but it never did. Ryan Reynolds as Randol Schoenberg, the young lawyer who took on her cause, was also, I felt, entirely believable. Also outstanding was Daniel Bruhl as their faithful local Austrian advocate, Hubertus Czernin, who had his own demons to exorcise. But, I regret to say, the plot was entirely predictable, although the flashbacks presented an outstanding portrayal of the panic, fear and brutality that accompanied the "Anschluss", the German annexation of Austria leading up to World War II. And the cinematography in Vienna was outstanding.

The movie was good, it was sad to see Paul go, and the cast and crew really worked well together. I wish there were more chase scenes, but the action was definitely there. Great locations and music.

First of all, I must say that the cameramen did a great job during the shooting in the Sri Lanka's jungle, so as to subsequently produce such an excellent and enjoyable documentary... The monkeys, mostly macaques with their expressive and funny faces, are funny as the one I had long ago on my native island... In the film, we are brought to places in the jungle we would probably never see in our life. While watching this Disneynature movie today, I was amazed, for instance, to see macaques swimming and diving like human being and 'Tarzan'... It's a must-see movie...

One of the best revenge flicks I have seen. Great pacing. Great lines. Some great camera shots. A sort of throwback to the 1940s and 1950s in terms of style.

Some of my favourite actors in this film including the curmudgeonly Charles Dance so my approval was a foregone conclusion. Always like Helen Mirren and found Ryan Reynolds delightful. Had a few problems with some of the script but still better than much that I have seen lately. Good film.

Not a typical robot buddy film. It's an interesting character study of the two scientists who work in the corporation, and the robot itself. Kudos to the two supporting actors from the band Die Antwoord, who had more than just a bit part in the story. Better than Elysium, and as good as District 9.

Je n'aime pas ce réalisateur et je n'ai pas aimé ce film. Les acteurs sont excellents par contre. Je n'ai pas embarqué dans l'historie de l'acteur has-been.

An excellent drama about real life situations without "over acting" or "unbelievable" events. It also asks the one question everyone needs to answer," Do you believe in Jesus Christ? " Well done!

In this family household comprised of father and 2 very different sons, I could not but be reminded somewhat of Death of a Salesman only in that Willy Loman like widower La Paglia are at eternal odds with their sons. This film simply did not work. I think it was an attempt to turn Anthony La Paglia into a main stream actor... something I could have bellowed loud and clear: " It ain't gonna happen!", pardon my French!

First, the description says 3D images, but just to be clear it is not a 3D movie. Most of the actual astronomical content is readily available online, and honestly except for the grand scale of the Imax screen looks better on a monitor. The "resolution" of the projection is not scaled up in proportion to the screen, so it doesn't look very crisp. They add a slight 3D effect by having closer stars and nebula features scroll slightly faster than the back, but it is subtle and without any kind of reconstruction of the structure. What I was hoping for from the movie was along the lines of the 3D reconstruction of the form of the Orion nebula in the Hubble imax movie that they zoom into and fly through. I had hoped that this movie was going to be the same approach applied to other astronomical features -- which would have been particularly appropriate and seemingly feasible for the computational cosmological simulation shown at the end of the movie. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for the day that I get to see an ultra-high resolution 3D flythrough of those simulations. This movie instead treated it like eyecandy with next to no explanation of what it was, or time exploring what was being shown. That said, I'm glad I saw it, especially for the glimpse of the Very Large Telescope facility in south American desert...

The story was good. It had passion, conflict, change, drama and pathos. These are elements that make for a good story. Where this movie failed was the script. One might say the music was the script and to a certain extent this is true. The music was very good but it was not enough. The script failed to let us truly get to know the characters and therefore I left the theater not completely satisfied. I left with many questions unanswered. I do give the acting and cinematography good marks but this movie could have been a lot better with a stronger, more informative script.
