If you are over 50 and you like great musicals of yesteryear then Babes In Arms is the ticket for great entertainment. Made during MGM's "Golden Age" of movie musicals, starring Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland. Directed by the great Busby Berkely, "Babes" had some very good production values, as well as memorable song and dance numbers by Rooney and Garland "Hey kids, lets put on a show". If you haven't seen this bit of musical history, it's definitely worth seeing. It usually plays on TCM so check your television listings.
