Not the greatest documentary on record, but it brought to light a horrific serial killing spree of 23 men by notorious Ronald Dominique. All during the Gulf Stream Oil Spill, Hurricane Rita and KATRINA, which put the case on the back burner for some time. Hear some first hand accounts from family members and friends of the helpless victims. Since most males were street people from the Bayou area, the story hardly went national which just proves how little LIFE is valued when the victims are the poor, wretched, the ones no one values or would miss and that most but not all were gay. If 23 young women from from N. Y., New England or other prominent areas were being raped and murdered over a 10 year period, the news would never let up... Society and the Justice System are vastly unfair. A life is a life... period. The 4 indicates it's not a very well made doc, but the subject matter is important and intriguing.
