Wow... This was bad even for a B movie. I thought I had done a time warp and was fully expecting Charleston Heston to drop in a part some waves or Captain Kirk fighting an alien on a foreign planet. They were trapsing around the same set of rocks over and over, and even from the same angle. The bad stuff is just overwhelming. The lead guy has a blatantly Aussie accent, Liam Neeson has an Irish one, the lead girl has a British accent. What ever happened to having a voice coach? The special effects were underwhelming with the exception of the Gracken and it lasted all of two minutes on screen... To say that this is a 3D movie is bordering on false advertising. The very beginning and two other scenes might be considered 3-D. It would seem that technology for 3-D in movies is quite good but has missed the mark when it comes to real scenes with real actors instead of CGI stuff. This movie is a dud. Watch the Voyages of Sinbad or Spartacus, or Ben Hur... from the fifties and you'll be better off.
