A great movie, and I think it's a classic. I'm not sure about the reviews saying it's not for young kids, though. I think maybe it's not for really young kids, say four, five, but beyond that, it's good. There wasn't anything a child couldn't deal with. I can't wait to own this one, surprisingly.

My kid is 4 and was appropriately scared by Pitch, but absolutely loved it. I imagine many, many 4 year olds would have no problem with the scary stuff. It certainly isn't as scary as Disney's Snow White. For us this is an instant classic. My little guy in a rare instance brought up how much he loved it the next night again.
