This bio-doc on Dean Kamen a modern day Edison, one can say, is interesting if somewhat dry. He is the inventor of many, many things mainly in the medical field. The Paul Lazarus doc examines one of his latest inventions, a vapour condenser system for purifying water, something that could solve the world's water supply problems. Mr. Kamen's work is very noble so it is a shame that more people don't tend to view this sort of documentary that has significance world wide. As a film, it's rather too technical and very to the point that does not always make for exciting viewing. His invention deserves a 10, but the doc for all its good intentions gets a middle of the road score as it could hardly keep me interested. I wish I could rate it more highly!
