This is a unique, albeit peculiar, romantic drama. The plot is slow moving but entertaining. Good storytelling across 80 years. The movie effectively shows the changing times as the years go by. Well done cinematography, costume, makeup, and set design help add to the richness of the film. Despite the eccentricity of the movie, you will be engaged by the storyline. This is an interesting film that makes you look at the impact of aging from a different angle.
