    The Dirty Dozen

This is an extremely popular film due to in large part being one of the first Hollywood motion pictures to depict brash violence and significant amount of political incorrectness. This movie is high on testosterone. Intriguing twist to have hard core criminals turn into American soldiers to fight Nazi officers on a suicide mission during World War II. Despite the film’s originality and crudeness, I found the storyline slow paced, off beat, disturbing, and unbelievable. It was also very difficult to care or root for the dirty dozen since they were unrepentant low lives themselves. Despite having all these big name actors, this movie had so much more potential.
