This movie is a master piece at all levels! I have to echo Adamwatchesmovies. I agree with everything he says! It is a movie made of real footages and the editing is amazing! The story is beautiful and at the same time, it is extremely sad! It will make you very happy and very sad. You will laugh and you will cry. Amy had a wonderful career in front of her but things went extremely wrong. As well, this movie is an eye opener on the “fame” of these artists and on what they have to go through on their day to day lives. It is not obvious to keep up with the high expectations. This movie will make you very upset and even mad. It is difficult to see some popular talk shows proudly announcing her one night and then, demolishing her when she falls apart, victim of substance abuses. I predict that this movie will win “Best Documentary of 2015” and it should! Bravo to Asif Kapadia for telling the true story of Amy Winehouse. This movie is a master piece!
