    Casting By

A pleasant documentary on Marion Dougherty (1923-2011) who from the late 40's started to scout talent for television shows which then led her into features. When she was doing this "job" that had no name she was a " ONE OF A KIND!" Today they're called CASTING DIRECTORS and each and every one of them gets a screen credit which MARION had to earn the hard way. Marion Dougherty is a person with whom I know I could be very SYMPATICO! Well done Marion!
