Admittedly this is a very slow drama from Wim Wenders so there is no surprise, but James Franco does deliver a pretty good performance not his usual, sleazy comedy roles. It shows how life unravels after a particular tragedy. What bothered me most about the film was was these short snippets of scenes that leave one wandering why edit them in as they contribute nothing to the film. I was puzzled as to the final outcome with the boy. Slow but fairly intriguing.
