This reality based docudrama has been subject to considerable hype, perhaps more than its slim shoulders can carry. Although, Oscar is wonderful at clowning around with his daughter, he is an immature boy who is unable to provide for either his partner or his daughter. His story was a disaster waiting to happen. Although the final scenes are tragic; I'm suggesting that he was also a bit of an author of his own misfortune. He had an opportunity to exit the situation but chose to diss the huge rent-a-cop. A really bad idea. This movie failed in my eyes because its flawed anti-hero's demise left me cold.
