    In Search of Haydn

    Reviewed by

Joseph Haydn was a great composer of the baroque period, very well regarded for both symphonic and lyrical works. The short doc didn't reveal much that was new to me, in fact, it didn't go into the depth I would have wanted. It seemed like a primer for beginners in classical music, both symphonic and operatic! My personal favourite Haydn work is "Orlando Palladino." Classical neophytes will get the most out of this simplistic documentary.
