Juste la fin du monde

The brilliance of Xavier Dolan and the depth of his perception of the human psyche are quite evident in this movie as well. Once more he manages to impose upon us the dysfunctions of human relations in our society and for me what stands out is the innate way we have of misinterpreting what is said or taking things way out of context therefore feelings get hurt for nothing and wedges are created that sometimes never get repaired. Sad and angry people take it out on innocents, this goes on every day. I'm not sure what he's attempting to help us with through his movies, but I get the feeling he is trying to help us somehow, to resolve things very present in our day to day situations where human communications are required. But whatever it is he's attempting to get across, he's brilliant at it and I wish him well in all he does. Powerful acting, very much so. I always wonder if they get help to debrief afterwards cause man that stuff is visceral. Brilliance all the way down the board for me.
