    Lambert & Stamp

Crushing their own initial dreams of film making, Lambert and Stamp discover a rock group, one that would have great resonance in the music business. The rest is Rock 'n' Roll history as The Who went on to mighty big things. This is all well and good to a point. I enjoyed The Who well after their glory days. I outgrew that particular niche or culture of music so the documentary supplied some interest points in a past that has long disappeared. On the whole, the doc didn't move me as I thought it might! I guess I've outgrown everything it preaches about.
