    Le Havre

Aki Kurismaki is no stranger to producing dramas with a touch of comedy, usually with a positive result. This film is no exception. Friendly, pleasant and supportive, the characters display the upside of the human condition. Taut, well paced and acted and only slightly over the top, the movie is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
