    Maps to the Stars

There are no likeable characters in this film. They are all damaged beyond repair. This movie is saturated with dysfunction, hypocrisy, mental illness. Which was brought to a whole new level of depth and despair, that all I could feel was pity for each and every character. It's not an easy or enjoyable movie to watch. It definitely had the Cronenberg touch, especially with the graphic scenes of violence... I thought John Cusack's performance was eerily perfect.
