Ignore the rest of these reviews and focus, instead, on this one. Bad on so many levels. Successful, sexually awkward Jewish accountant from Winnipeg, while in Toronto, meets a non-Jewish stripper with personal finance woes. Another social program from the people making movies. Thanks for that. I almost forgot I'm not supposed to care about money, or get an education. He needs sex lessons for a failed relationship, she needs, ummm, help with her bookkeeping skills. Both my girlfriend and I decided to leave before the, no doubt, predictably lame ending. The acting was horrible. It was like watching a bad imitation of that whiny guy from that tv show, Mad About You. The female stripper's lines were so dumbed-down that it was obvious she was having a hard time pretending not knowing what she was talking about. What an insult to strippers and non-Jews everywhere. It was cool to see streetcars in the movie. That's it. I wasted ten bucks to see this film, please don't do the same. The last flick I walked out on was "Dracula: Dead and Loving It". Think about that.
