This comedy with Jerry Lewis and once well known Marilyn Maxwell is typical Jerry Lewis fare about the baby gifts that seem to fall in his lap and his haplessness. Frank Tashlin, the director, put together a supporting cast of Hans Conreid, ex-Italian opera singer Salvatore Baccaloni, Reginald Gardner, Isobel Elsom, Hope Emerson, James Gleeson and in a bit role CONNIE STEVENS. It was the supporting players that really made me sit up and pay attention to the film as I am not a Jerry Lewis fan even though the French Government honoured him with their highest award in the arts and other great endeavours, namely LA LEGION D'HONNEUR! ( the Legion of Honour)
