To those of you who don't normally go for horror flicks, don't be put off by this one's horror label. More than anything it's a supernatural indie romance that features a wee bit of gore here and there. That outta the way, this movie's rather lovely, if a bit slow. One of the critical blurbs refers to it as "Linklater meets Lovecraft" and that ain't far off. A good film to watch with your significant other if the two of ye dig genre flicks. On a side note, there's an overabundance of aerial shots. While the city it's set in is gorgeous, these shots kinda grated on my nerves, since they seemed to book-end practically every scene once the protagonist arrives.
