This bizarre romantic comedy about a female con artist masquerading as a boy to escape the police will delight you... PERHAPS! When it was released, this film directed by George Cukor starring Kate Hepburn and Cary Grant was so misunderstood that it was a total flop which continued Hepburn's then legacy of being box office poison. Seen in 2015, the movie does not seem that far fetched to me and certainly does not pose any issues on sexual identity. Sylvia Scarlett is an odd bit of fluff but nowhere near as bad as it was made out to be way back in 1935.
